Every plan sends these emails at no extra cost, with no pack needed: receipts, payment links and order updates.
Email packs
An email pack covers campaign and promotional email, like newsletters, sales and announcements. Every email pack includes open, click and bounce tracking, and unsubscribes are handled automatically.

SMS packs
An SMS pack covers every text you send: campaigns, replies, texted payment links and order updates. Replies sent by Cenbot count too. Every SMS pack includes a dedicated toll-free number. See set up your texting number.

How texts are counted
A text of up to 160 characters counts as one. Longer texts are split into parts, and each part counts as one text.
Emoji and some special characters lower the limit to 70 characters per part, so a short text with an emoji can still count as two. Keep marketing texts short and plain to get the most from your pack.
If you send more than your pack
Your messages keep going. Nothing is paused or blocked. Extra sending is billed at $1.50 per 1,000 extra emails or $0.05 per extra text.
If you regularly go well over, a bigger pack usually works out cheaper. If you send far more than the biggest pack, the Custom plan includes volume pricing.
Change or cancel a pack
Go to Settings → Plan & billing to add, change or cancel a pack at any time. Packs work with any plan, and you can have an email pack, an SMS pack, both or neither.
