Is there a free trial?
No. The Free plan does that job: use Centrx at $0 for as long as you like, then upgrade when you need more people, locations, Cenbot or automations. A paid plan is charged the day you choose it.
What is the card fee on Free?
On Free, Centrx keeps 5% of each card payment, on top of the payment provider's own fee. Paid plans have no Centrx fee. Stripe, PayPal and Square still charge their own card fees on every plan.
What do I get for joining the waitlist?
Centrx opens on November 18. Join the waitlist before then and your first two months on any paid plan are free. Sign up with the email you joined with and we apply it to your account. Join the waitlist.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing. Monthly plans have no contract. When a paid plan ends, you keep it until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Checkout is never blocked, so customers can always pay you. You'll get a heads-up at 80% of any limit. If your cloud storage fills up, you can still take orders and payments, you just can't add new photos, videos or files until you free up space or add more.
What counts toward cloud storage?
Your inventory photos and everything you keep in Files. Customers, orders, payments and messages don't count. Need more room? Add 100 GB for $5/month on any paid plan, and remove it anytime.
Why aren't email and SMS part of the plans?
Sending volume varies a lot from business to business, so keeping it separate keeps plan prices low for everyone. Receipts, payment links and order emails are included on every plan and never use a pack.
What is Cenbot?
Cenbot is the AI assistant built into the panel on every paid plan. Ask it how to do something, get answers from your own sales and customer data, or let it reply to customer texts about hours, orders and pickups. Each plan includes a monthly number of replies; if you use them all, Cenbot pauses until your next month starts. Texts it sends count toward your SMS pack.
How is my data kept safe?
Every plan has two-factor sign-in, session control, role-based permissions and an audit log. Stripe, PayPal and Square handle card payments, so card numbers never touch Centrx. Read the privacy policy for the details.
